Roman worked as a software developer in a small computer company. He lacked sleep and hated his full-time job when the idea of creating his own outsourcing software development company hit him. Together with like-minded friends, he gathered the first version of Ronas IT team which consisted of software developers and designers. It was with this team that Roman laid the foundations of a corporate culture, focused on remote work and hourly compensation, offering team members the chance to design a schedule that suited them best.
Nowadays Ronas IT team has been on the market for 19 years already and has grown from 3 employees to 70+ specialists on board. Roman is an expert in business development and believes any business problem can be solved with the help of technology. He offers consultations to help customers discover the technological solutions that align perfectly with their objectives, be it a high-converting landing page, an application to streamline business operations, or a dashboard for effective data management.
